The Magic of Feedback Loops

Eric Fung Admin

Let's say, by having a secret doorway to the hearts and minds of your audience, giving you real-time peeks into their thoughts, wishes, and needs. That's exactly what setting up a feedback loop is all about! We're not just collecting words; we're turning your voice into the very heartbeat of our growth. It's like gathering spells to cast our way to success, with each piece of feedback acting as a powerful ingredient in our potion of progress.

Honestly, could be a game-changer for any business looking to grow fast. I'm talking about setting up a system that listens to what you—yes, YOU—have to say about our stuff. This isn't just about us sitting back and collecting compliments or the occasional "uh-oh" comments. It's about really getting into what you think so we can make our products and services something you'll love even more. Even a simple Good morning in your social media sometimes can go a long way.

Visiting a website and seeing this  digital box that says, "Tell us what you think!" You tap on a screen or scan a QR code, and boom, you've shared your thoughts directly with the folks who make the stuff. And guess what? Sometimes, you even get a little thank you, like a discount code, just for sharing. It's like your opinion just turned into a little treasure. If it too expensive or that item you want to be another colour, but it isn't an option there.

Most Crypto Companies and Digital Assets Communities leverage their communities/customers a lot by asking for different opinions on surveys and even going as far as helping the community elect liaisons individuals that can help speak to the company's management and team directly.

The Power of Asking Everyone (Regular User Surveys):

  • So, I am big on asking lots of questions, not just to folks who buy our stuff but even to our team. Why? Because everyone's got something valuable to say. Apple's doing this thing where they ask how happy people are when they visit their stores. And Netflix? They're all about figuring out what shows or changes make you want to binge-watch even more. It's like having a conversation with thousands of people to make everything we do better for you.

Here is something to encourage more customer feedback

Super-Speed Responses (Acting on Feedback Quickly):

  • Here's where things get really exciting. When you tell us something, we're all over it—like, super fast. Slack, you know, the messaging app, is super good at this. They listened to what users like you suggested, tweaked a bunch of stuff, and made their app even cooler before most people even got to use it. That's the kind of listening and tweaking we're aiming for.

For any business thinking about jumping into this feedback loop magic, it's all about picking the right tools that make it easy for you and your customers to chat. There's this awesome tool, Connecteam, that lets businesses get feedback in all sorts of ways, which is perfect for keeping that conversation going.
